About Us
A dependable, transparent export partner from Vietnam.
VietKarpos is a Vietnam-based export company built to give international buyers a dependable, transparent source for wood pellets and plywood - and, over time, a wider range of Vietnamese agricultural and wood products.
Vietkarpos Company Limited (Vietkarpos Co., Ltd; Vietnamese legal name: Công Ty TNHH Vietkarpos) is registered in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Who we are
We are a young, focused export operation. Rather than promising everything at once, we have chosen to start with what we can supply reliably - wood pellets and plywood - and to earn each customer's trust one shipment at a time. As our sourcing network and track record grow, we will add agricultural products, timber and furniture to our catalogue.
Vietnam is one of the world's leading producers of wood pellets, with abundant renewable wood residue, competitive production and established deep-water ports. VietKarpos exists to connect that supply base with buyers abroad through clear communication, honest specifications and careful logistics.
Our mission
To be the export partner overseas buyers can rely on - supplying biomass and Vietnamese products at consistent quality, on agreed terms, with no surprises.
Our vision
To grow from a trusted wood-pellet supplier into a broad, quality-driven Vietnamese export house serving energy, agriculture and manufacturing markets worldwide.
What we value
- Transparency. We would rather tell you where we are today than overstate. Specifications are typical reference values confirmed per contract, and we say clearly what documentation exists and what is still being finalised.
- Consistency. A first order is only worth anything if the tenth is just as good. We work directly with mills to keep quality repeatable.
- Sustainability. Wood pellets are made from residue and sawdust - a renewable, near carbon-neutral fuel. Responsible sourcing is central to what we sell.
- Responsiveness. Real people answer your messages, across time zones, in clear English.
Where we are today
- 2025 - Founded. VietKarpos is established to export wood pellets and plywood from Vietnam.
- Now - Building supply. Working directly with pellet mills to secure consistent, repeatable quality and firm production capacity.
- Next - Proof & documentation. Collecting factory photos, production videos and loading records on site; arranging international certifications and third-party inspection.
- Ahead - Wider range. Adding selected agricultural products, timber and furniture as our sourcing network expands.
We are deliberately honest about being early. Our factory documentation and certifications are being finalised - and we would rather you judge us on straight answers, samples and a first successful shipment than on marketing claims.
