From sourcing and production to packaging, quality control and ocean freight, VietKarpos manages each step needed to deliver a container of pellets to your port.

Sourcing & production

We work directly with pellet mills in Vietnam's wood-processing regions, where clean wood residue and sawdust are abundant. Producing to an agreed specification - diameter, moisture, ash and calorific value - lets us keep quality consistent across repeat orders rather than buying whatever is available on the spot market.

Factory documentation in progress. Photographs of the production line, packing and container loading, along with short videos, are being collected on site and will be published here. If you need proof of production before we have posted it, we can share it directly or arrange a video call or visit.

Packaging options

15 kg bags - retail and small-industrial handling, palletised and shrink-wrapped.
Jumbo / big bags (500-1,000 kg) - the common choice for industrial buyers.
Bulk - for buyers with the equipment to receive loose loads.

Packaging, bag printing and pallet configuration can be adapted to your requirements and your market's regulations.

Logistics & export

We coordinate the full outbound process so you receive a clean, well-documented shipment:

Container stuffing with attention to weight limits and load stability (typically ~24-26 MT per 40' container)
Export documentation - commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin and phytosanitary/fumigation certificates where required
FOB, CIF and CFR terms to major ports, quoted on request
Shipment tracking and proactive updates until arrival

Quality control

Before loading, shipments are checked against the agreed specification for moisture, ash content and mechanical durability. Independent third-party inspection (for example SGS) can be arranged at your request, and samples are available before you commit to a full order.
