Trust in export starts with quality you can verify. Here is our honest position on quality control, certifications and inspection - what we do today, and what we are actively putting in place.
Quality control on every shipment
Each order is produced to an agreed specification and checked before it leaves Vietnam. Key parameters we monitor:

| Moisture (≤ 10%) | Higher moisture lowers energy output and risks mould in transit. |
| Ash content (≤ 1.5% / ≤ 0.7% premium) | Lower ash means cleaner burning and less boiler maintenance. |
| Calorific value (4,300-4,900 kcal/kg) | The energy your fuel actually delivers. |
| Mechanical durability / fines | Durable pellets with low fines handle and store better. |
| Diameter & length | Consistent sizing keeps your feed systems running smoothly. |
Certifications - our honest status
We believe it is better to be straight with you than to display badges we have not earned. As a young export operation:
- International certifications (such as ISO management standards and relevant quality, phytosanitary and fumigation certificates) are actively being pursued. We will publish each one here as it is issued - not before.
- Export documentation required for your shipment (certificate of origin, phytosanitary / fumigation certificates, etc.) is prepared per order in line with the destination country's rules.
- We do not display certification logos we do not hold. If a specific certificate is a condition of your purchase, tell us - we will be clear about whether we can meet it and by when.
Independent inspection available. For any shipment, we can arrange third-party inspection by an agency such as SGS or Intertek - at origin, before loading - so an independent party verifies quality and quantity on your behalf.
Samples & due diligence
We welcome scrutiny. Request a sample to test in your own equipment, ask for production photos and videos, arrange a video walkthrough, or visit us in Vietnam. The more you verify, the more comfortable your first order will be.
